In Pokemon TCG Pocket, tap the Social icon at the bottom of the screen -> tap 'Friends' -> tap 'Add Friend' to see your own 16-digit ID or paste a friend's code.

Whenever a friend pulls a 3-star Art Rare, Immersive Card, or Crown Rare, that pack has a chance to appear in your Wonder Pick list for up to 48 hours.
